Very nice and friendly staffs. The room is clean and modern. The location is very close to local attraction. But the hotel is divided into two parts, one facing the main road, one is a bit hided so make sure to check your room’s location because it might be a bit inconvenience walking a long the way with different elevators directing to different parts. There is construction going on also, so sometimes it might be a bit noisy, but the staffs manage the issues very quick and useful.
We were a Taiwanese group staying at the hotel from November 10th to 12th. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. When we needed a translator, they professionally helped us contact someone. They even lent us two umbrellas on a rainy day. It was a very comfortable hotel, and all the staff were extremely kind.
I’ve stayed at this hotel in District 1, Saigon twice now, and it’s legit one of my favorites. The location is awesome, right in the middle of everything but still feels safe and chill. You can walk everywhere: street food, cafes, and markets. The room was clean, modern, and had all the little extras that made it comfy. Staff were super friendly and helpful too. For the price, it’s totally worth it. Already planning my third stay!
Best part of this hotel is its location. It's in district 1 and walking distance from walking street, Ben Thanh Market and most of the clubs. Rooms are good. The worst part is it doesn't offer anything vegetarian in breakfast buffet
My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at this boutique hotel. In line with its name, the room was beautifully decorated and surprisingly spacious for both of us. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, close to many major attractions in HCM. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
I had a wonderful stay at Dai Nam Hotel, and I would like to especially commend the excellent service provided by the concierge, Steven. He was consistently professional, warm, and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. His recommendations for shopping venues and local dining were spot on and greatly enriched our experience in the city. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Overall, the combination of a great location and Steven’s outstanding hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended.
Super nice hotel’ All staff super friendly and helpful, take care of us, after a long trip, try their best to let us early check in . Understand that my throat is sick, help to give me honey water and candies!!! Thanks a lot for Dan and Jaden, also all front desk staff that I don’t know the name and the safety guard even care about we don’t have breakfast wanna help to order! Pls have a settle in this hotel! You won’t be regret!
We loved our stay here at dai nam. We checked out late at night but we were greeted by steven, with his biggest smile and warm welcome. He even upgraded our rooms! Breakfast selection is great. Other staff is very helpful as well. We can’t wait to go back here and also recommend this place to our family and friends
